Offense
	RB	- Jamal Lewis' best days are behind him. He still has power, but he lacks that extra gear to break away from defenders like he used to. A younger back wold benefit the offense and Lewis a great deal. He could give Lewis a breather at times in 2007 and then take over the rushing duties in 2008. Don't be surprised if Kenny Irons isn't a Raven in 2007.

	WR	- Derrick Mason wasn't a happy camper at the end of the season and he's at the end of his career. The Ravens lack a true No. 1 WR. Clayton is a good No. 2

	OL	- This unit has always been leaky and now Jonathan Ogden is talking retirement. They better start rebuilding it NOW.

Defense
	LB	- Adalius Thomas is an unrestricted free agent and Ray Lewis is starting to show his age. The Ravens would be wise to inject some young talent into this group, so they can remain one of the top defenses in the NFL.

	CB	- Samari Rolle is probably the weakest link on the Ravens defense and could use a youngster to push him.
