Offense
	QB	- The Raiders flat-out need a QB. Andrew Walter would be the starter is the season started today. Based on his production from last season, that shouldn't inspire many Raider fans. The team may trade for a veteran, such as Josh McCown and draft a young QB with the first overall pick. Even if they do draft a young player, they need to bring in a veteran to push and teach the youngsters.

	OT	- This could very well be Robert Gallery's last season as a Raider if his play does not improve dramatically. The team lost RT Langston Walker to free agency. They could look to bolster this position in rounds 2 or 3 of the draft.



Defense
	DT	- How many more productive seasons does Warren Sapp have left? Not many. The Raiders ranked near the bottom of the league in run defense last year and they need to take some step to improve that ranking.

	LB	- Just a glut of average players at this position. The Raiders need an impact player here who will be the teeth of their defense.
