- The offensive line was a weak point for the team last year. Several of the players are either injury prone (Marco Rivera) or they could be cut to save cap room (Flozell Adams). Cutting Adams will save the Cowboys around $5M. Since there really isn't a plethora of free agent linemen out there, we expect the Cowboys to use a high draft pick to select a lineman.

- The Cowboys have decisions on each of their top three receivers. Terry Glenn is due a $5 million roster bonus. Terrell Owens is due a $3 million bonus and Patrick Crayton is a restricted free agent.

- The Cowboys will likely cut Drew Bledsoe rather than pay him a $1 million roster bonus. They will need to either resign him or find another veteran signal caller.

- The Cowboys are toying with the idea of moving Anthony Henry to safety. They feel that Henry is only an average corner. If they do move him that will create an immediated need at corner.

- The Cowboys thought that they had their kicker of the future when they signed Mike Vanderjadt last year. That didn't work out as played and they finished the season with Martin Gramatica. We are sure that they will, at the very least, bring in some competition for the kicking duties.
